Job Summary
This is a 19.5 hour per week maximum, part-time student position. This position requires employees who are able to positively represent this Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
The student employee must have effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Student employees must have a high level of integrity as they may come into contact with confidential information. The student may serve as the first point of contact for the office, perform clerical duties, run errands on campus, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. This position serves as an assistant in the Office of Admissions and is responsible for performing tasks related to the processing of admissions applications, providing customer service and conducting campus tours.
The weekly schedule will be assigned by the supervisor in conjunction with the student's class schedule. The work schedule is subject to change between semesters or as needed. Students are not to work during scheduled class time, even if class is cancelled or dismissed early.

- Operate a college-owned golf cart to assist prospective students and their families with campus navigation, as needed
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Must be enrolled in 6 credit hours per semester
- Must be in good academic standing
Other Required Qualifications
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus
Preferred Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a campus golf cart
Proposed Salary
$9 per hour
