Job Description
The Senior Digital Content Management Partner is responsible for developing and executing integrated content and campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the student banking journey.
This role combines traditional content marketing and campaign development, social media strategy and activation, and emerging capabilities in modular content, LLM optimization, and cross-channel orchestration.
Reporting to the Consumer Digital Content Manager, the position serves as a strategic partner to Student Banking and cross-functional teams, ensuring content is campaign-driven and performance-oriented, audience-relevant across key student segments, consistent and compliant across distributed channels, and increasingly structured for future AI-driven discovery.
Primary responsibilities include
  • Lead development of integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies across business priorities, seasonal moments, and real-time relevance opportunities
  • Translate business goals into messaging frameworks, content plans, and activation strategies across owned, social, and partner channels
  • Partner with marketing, social, paid media, and creative teams to execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Develop and guide social-first content strategies aligned to student audience behaviors and platform best practices
  • Lead audience-first content strategy and editorial planning across the student journey
  • Ensure content aligns to SEO best practices, customer needs, and financial education priorities
  • Identify opportunities to evolve content into reusable, modular components to support scale and personalization
  • Support optimization of content for both traditional search and emerging LLM-driven discovery
  • Act as a central partner across pods and business lines to ensure content consistency across distributed teams and channels
  • Monitor and report on performance using KPIs such as app starts, conversions, and engagement metrics
  • Leverage analytics insights to inform campaign optimization and future content strategies
  • Ensure all content meets legal, risk, and compliance requirements and supports audit readiness
  • Support and improve content workflows, campaign planning processes, and cross-team coordination
  • Supports project management/coordination roles as needed and additional responsibilities as assigned by the AVP, Consumer Digital Content Manager.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital content, content marketing, or social media strategy
  • Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Strong background in content strategy, editorial planning, and SEO
  • Experience with social media strategy and platform-specific content development
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
  • Familiarity with modular content, personalization strategies, and emerging AI/LLM trends a plus
  • Vendor/agency management experience a plus
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and successfully manage multiple large projects at once

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Schedule Monday-Friday 8-5 Hybrid in Boston MA, New York, NY, or Pittsburgh, PA office 4 days 1 day remote

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$133,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
