WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for hardworking individuals with a positive attitude for the Retail Store Associate position at the new GOAT USA store in the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown, PA.

Job Purpose

The Retail Store Associate is responsible for creating a great in-store experience by helping customers find what they need, sharing knowledge about products, and keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. This role supports sales by providing friendly, attentive service, assisting with purchases, and making every customer feel welcome- helping build strong relationships and repeat business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly, engaging customer experience and represent the GOAT USA brand positively
  • Help customers find products, answer questions, and offer sizing and style guidance
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Work with team members and management to support daily store operations
  • Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Greet customers, hand out stickers, and offer assistance throughout their visit
  • Fulfill online and in-store pickup orders accurately and on time
  • Follow all store policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
  • Understand and follow inventory management policies and systems
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain an organized stockroom and assist with receiving shipments
  • Set up and maintain merchandise displays according to brand standards
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
