Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Aid in the staffing of the Customer Care Team front desk or Call Center. Provide an excellent level of customer service while maintaining a professional interaction. 

Assist the Domestic recruitment teams. Interact with Admission recruiter/advisors and their respective student prospect/applicants.
Explain and aid students and parents in the various parts of the application process and steps to become an enrolled student.
Make outgoing calls to prospective, applied and admitted students who have expressed an interest in attending USF.
Assist Data Management team with document management. Scan, image, and verify application materials received.
Assist Mail Center team with mailing information to new as well as prospective students. Prepare information packets, fold letters, stuff envelopes, make photocopies, deliver and pack boxes and maintain a log of all materials sent.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by office staff. 
Position details: Work schedule - Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and potential additional daytime hours
