JOB SUMMARY
Working alongside the Digital Communications and Marketing team, the student will post news stories and calendar events to the university website, assist in photo gathering and resizing, website content editing, building webpages, and social media production. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and creative with a willingness to learn and participate as a part of a team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include:
Keeping the campus informed about upcoming news and events.
Must attend training sessions and be knowledgeable in the areas needed to perform required services.
Attend on-campus events to gather content for social media.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a current Seton Hall student
A positive "can-do" attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge with the ability to learn new skills. Must be self-reliant to perform required tasks.
Experience in writing and technology is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work with others.
Experience with content management systems is preferred but not required.
