Job description

Description
This position is only available to students taking classes on the Pleasantville campus and declaring a major or minor in a business discipline.
The Research Associate will make calls and conduct research as assigned by the Pace Connect research and call center. Some Research Associates will also serve as managers of this student-run business. Most of the work will involve calling other students, alumni, or business people to conduct satisfaction surveys, polls, market research, or other research requested by a client. Work also entails using Skype, Salesforce, and Qualtrics. Good communication skills are crucial. Training will be provided by student managers and clients. Management duties including accounting, client relations, data management, shift management, HR, preparation of research results report, and other managerial responsibilities will be handled by Research Associates who are promoted to management positions.
Requirements
Applicants must be taking classes on the Pace Pleasantville campus and have a declared major or minor in a business discipline.
