Job description

STS Technical Services is hiring Helicopter Mechanics (A&P) in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Hiring Note: We are offering a sign-on bonus of $15K (up to $20K) for the right candidate
Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Helicopter Mechanics with strong rotary-wing backgrounds to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations in Lafayette. This role requires hands-on expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality work across a variety of platforms.
Experience Required
  • 2-6 years (rotary experience required)

Ideal Airframe Experience
  • Bell Helicopter
  • Sikorsky
  • Airbus

Requirements
  • Hands-on MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) experience required
  • Open to candidates with any rotary-wing background
  • Strong troubleshooting, inspection, and repair capabilities
