STS Technical Services is hiring a Warranty Coordinator in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to manage warranty claims, coordinate repair activities and provide clear communication throughout the claims process.
This customer-facing role requires automotive industry experience, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of active claims in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Position Overview
The Warranty Coordinator manages warranty claims from the initial request through repair completion and final closure. This position reviews claim eligibility, coordinates service technicians, orders and tracks repair parts and keeps customers and leadership informed throughout the process.
The Warranty Coordinator may manage between 50 and 200 claims at one time and is expected to maintain accurate records, clear updates and organized follow-through.
Job Details
Job Title: Warranty Coordinator
Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Shift: First Shift
Schedule:
  • Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The schedule listed above reflects the current regular hours and is subject to change.
Responsibilities
  • Open and manage warranty claims using a warranty repair database
  • Manage claims from receipt of the initial request through repair completion
  • Review warranty claim submissions
  • Accept or reject claims based on applicable coverage
  • Schedule service technicians to perform warranty repairs
  • Provide technicians with support and direction throughout the repair process
  • Order and track parts required for warranty repairs
  • Work toward closing claims within 21 calendar days
  • Provide claim updates to customers and leadership
  • Manage between 50 and 200 active claims at one time
  • Maintain accurate records related to claims and parts orders
  • Provide organized and timely updates throughout the claims process
  • Prioritize work as claim requirements and business needs change

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least five years of related work experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience using an ERP system to order parts and manage parts flow
  • Ability to think strategically in an unpredictable and changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to influence and coordinate with others
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems
  • Experience using JDE
  • Experience using One Warranty
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in warranty administration
  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous order management experience
