Job description

HealthPartners is seeking General Otolaryngologist to join our growing Otolaryngology team serving patients throughout the Twin Cities metro and the St. Croix Valley region, including locations in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. As a General Otolaryngologist, you will join one of the largest multispecialty care systems in the Twin Cities and have the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in both metropolitan and community-based settings. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology.

Highlights of this position include:

  • Join a talented and well-respected team of 12 generalists and specialists in otolaryngology, pediatric otolaryngology, otology/neurotology, and facial plastic/reconstructive surgery.

  • Opportunity to practice the full breadth of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

  • Flexible practice locations throughout the Twin Cities metro and St. Croix Valley region, including Stillwater, Minnesota and Western Wisconsin communities.

  • Strong referral base and close partnerships with primary care and other specialty colleagues.

PAY RANGE:

$425,000.00 Minimum- $690,000.00 Maximum based on a 1.0 FTE

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
