Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This travel role in the Operating Room provides an exceptional opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise with a Level 1 trauma team, working alongside top surgeons and utilizing advanced technologies including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems. Schedule & Hours
  • 7a–7p 12-hour day shifts
  • 36 hours per week guaranteed
  • One weekend (1:4) per rotation
  • Call requirement: Overnight (11p–7a) for trauma; additional call if assigned to specialty teams
Key Qualifications
  • Current CST certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent operating room experience
  • Proven Level 1 trauma background
  • Expertise in general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, or endovascular procedures is highly preferred
  • Flexibility, reliability, and an accountable, team‑oriented attitude
Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent patient care in a fast‑paced, 26‑bed surgical environment
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons and nursing staff in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
  • Maintain accuracy with Epic EMR and assist with the latest surgical equipment
  • Comply with all hospital procedures and scrub attire (teal scrubs provided)

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
