Job description

Russ Darrow Metro Mazda is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing dealership profitability by structuring finance deals and presenting F&I products, while delivering a seamless and transparent customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales or F&I, excels at building customer trust, and is highly skilled in presenting and closing extended warranties and protection products.
Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the financing process by presenting loan and lease options tailored to their needs
  • Offer and explain F&I products such as extended warranties, GAP coverage, and protection plans to enhance ownership experience
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Accurately desk and submit deals to lenders, secure approvals, and finalize terms
  • Make sound credit decisions in alignment with dealership and lender guidelines
  • Prepare and review all contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure all deals meet local, state, and federal regulations
  • Deliver completed deals to customers, ensuring full understanding of terms and products purchased
  • Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy, compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to streamline deal flow and improve performance
  • Ensure timely funding of all contracts and resolve any funding issues quickly
  • Maintain required certifications and stay current on industry regulations and lender programs
