The Vice President of Finance balances historical financial accuracy with forward-looking strategic insight.The individual will own the Companyโs core financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, lender compliance, investor reporting, and cash flow management, while also providing financial analysis to support business decisions, acquisitions, financings, and capital structuring. This position bridges financial stewardship with strategic oversight, ensuring accounting integrity while driving forward-looking financial planning.As a hands-on player-coach in a lean, high-accountability environment, this position combines executive leadership with direct execution. In addition to the core financial functions, responsibilities include leading acquisition and capital transaction support (underwriting, modeling, and integration) and designing KPI dashboards to boost portfolio operational performance.
