Banking & Financial Services Attorney - Reno, NVDirect Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its Banking and Financial Services business unit, specifically in the firm's structured finance transactions and securitizations. Candidates must hold an active license in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for admissionThe ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
  • Experience representing financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations, including CLO transactions and related special purpose entity matters
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents for asset-backed securities issuances, warehouse facilities, credit facilities, and other structured finance arrangements
  • Familiarity with preparing, negotiating, reviewing and analyzing transactional legal opinions, particularly involving corporate and structured finance legal issues
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to support the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions
  • Detail oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional practice
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
