We are seeking an experienced Certified Structured Cabling Engineer to design, install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain structured cabling systems for enterprise and data center environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in copper and fiber optic cabling, data center infrastructure, rack and stack activities, cable management, and industry standards such as TIA/EIA, BICSI, and ANSI.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, terminate, label, and certify Category 5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat8 copper cabling.
  • Install, splice, terminate, and test single-mode (SMF) and multi-mode (MMF) fiber optic cabling.
  • Perform rack and stack of servers, switches, routers, storage, and network appliances.
  • Build and maintain structured cabling systems within enterprise and hyperscale data centers.
  • Install cable trays, ladder racks, basket trays, conduits, patch panels, and cable management systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and network diagrams.
  • Perform cable testing and certification using industry-standard equipment (Fluke DSX, OTDR, Fiber Certification tools).
  • Troubleshoot copper and fiber connectivity issues.
  • Label, document, and maintain cable records following enterprise standards.
  • Support Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities.
  • Coordinate with network, server, facilities, and security teams during deployments.
  • Follow change management procedures and installation best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC, NEC, and BICSI standards.
  • Maintain safety standards while working in live production environments.
