This role requires a forward-thinking engineering leader who can drive innovation across manufacturing operations while maintaining a strong foundation in execution. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in process design, project management, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, along with a deep understanding of HVAC products, systems, and associated manufacturing processes.

Lean & Continuous Improvement
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by deploying lean manufacturing principles, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize cost efficiency. Proactively identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to address performance issues.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
Lead with a safety-first mindset by ensuring all engineering, maintenance, and tool room activities meet or exceed EHS standards. Drive compliance through robust machine safety programs, including proper guarding and strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, while proactively mitigating operational risks.

Budget & Resource Management
Own and strategically manage budgets across engineering, maintenance, tooling, and capital investments. Optimize resource allocation by controlling labor, spare parts, contractor services, and tooling expenditures while aligning financial decisions with long-term operational goals.

Performance Metrics & Cross-Functional Alignment
