Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior ICT Project Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure (IC4) to support hyperscale cloud and AI data center deployments within OCI's Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure organization.
This role is focused on ICT infrastructure engineering, deployment coordination, and technical delivery of low-voltage and network infrastructure systems supporting large-scale data center environments. The position will serve as the on-site technical lead coordinating vendor-assisted rack deployment, fiber infrastructure installation, structured cabling implementation, and white space readiness activities across active construction and operational data center environments.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the on-site ICT infrastructure lead supporting deployment and integration activities within hyperscale data center environments.
• Coordinate implementation and delivery of structured cabling systems, fiber optic infrastructure, rack deployment, overhead containment systems, and white space fit-out activities.
• Coordinate vendor-assisted rack deployment and installation activities across multiple data halls and deployment phases.
• Support implementation of ISP/OSP fiber infrastructure supporting hyperscale cloud network environments.
• Review and coordinate ICT drawings, rack elevations, pathway designs, vendor documentation, RFIs, and field modifications.
• Perform infrastructure quality inspections and validate installation standards.
• Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule during deployment and operational phases of active data center programs.
Minimum Qualifications
• 6-10+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure engineering, telecommunications deployment, structured cabling, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting on-site infrastructure deployments within data centers, telecom facilities, military installations, hospitals, or banking environments.
• Experience coordinating technical vendors, installation contractors, and infrastructure deployment teams.
• Ability to work onsite (Saline, MI) or relocate to nearby metro areas is required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
