Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Project Manager - Hyperscale (Full-time Travel) in Tempe, AZ. The Project Manager - Hyperscale will lead large-scale structured cabling and conveyance projects, overseeing all phases of planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a highly professional, client-facing leader capable of managing labor and production across various project sites. The ideal candidate is a collaborative project leader with a strong commitment to full-time travel and extensive experience in construction project performance management.

Job Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: $124,800 to $135,200 Annually BOE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of hyperscale projects involving structured cabling or conveyance systems from inception to completion.
  • Plan, track, forecast, and report on project performance metrics including schedules, labor, production, and costs.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication across multiple departments and field operations.
  • Collaborate closely with General Superintendents and Travel Coordinators to manage manpower needs and move technicians between projects as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional presence and representing the organization's interests.
  • Oversee project documentation and provide real-world data on production rates and financial performance during project reviews.
  • Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards while adhering to timelines ranging from 3-4 months for cabling to longer durations for conveyance.
  • Manage resource allocation and departmental coordination to ensure seamless execution of travel-intensive projects.
  • Maintain a high level of leadership to effectively communicate across multiple internal and external departments.

  • Proven project management experience within the structured cabling or conveyance industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and manage project schedules, labor hours, production rates, and overall costs.
  • Professional and presentable demeanor with extensive experience in client-facing roles.
