Job description

We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven, and highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth strategy and expand our footprint in the telecom infrastructure market. In this role, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new enterprise and carrier accounts, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate possesses deep industry knowledge of telecom construction, a proven track record of closing high-value infrastructure contracts, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for data cabling, fiber, security camera, and access control construction services.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with telecom carriers, utility companies, general contractors, and enterprise clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-level executive relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Natitonal Telecom Inc as a preferred construction partner.
  • Bid & Proposal Management: Oversee the RFP/RFQ lifecycle, collaborating closely with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to deliver competitive, accurate proposals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the telecommunications construction and infrastructure, sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of telecom network architecture, fiber optics deployment, Security Systems, Access Control Systems, and permitting processes. Utilizing AI platforms for new business generation.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in personally closing complex infrastructure contracts.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with strong financial acumen for pricing and margin analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry trade shows, and site visits (up to 25-30%).
