Job Summary
The structural fitter welder constructs, positions, and joins metal parts like I-beams, columns, and plates using specialized welding and fitting techniques. [1, 2]

    • Layout and Fit-Up: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to measure, align, and tack heavy steel parts.

    • Material Preparation: Bevel, grind, clean, and shape metal components using hand tools, grinders, and torches.
