Job Summary:
As a Structure Fitter Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of our thermal management products. Utilizing your expertise in structural fitting and welding, you will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the precise and secure installation of key structural components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to accurately fit and weld structural steel elements
- Perform layout, cutting, and fitting of structural steel components
- Execute high-quality welding to join structural steel elements according to specifications
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication or assembly issues
