Job description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Hose Welder specializing in TIG-welding to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding thin gauge stainless steel hoses. This position is dayshift, or evening shift, Monday through Friday, and comes with a full range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel hoses.
  • Work with precision to ensure high-quality welds, maintaining the structural integrity and specifications of the materials.
  • Set up welding equipment, ensuring it is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and product specifications to determine dimensions and welding requirements.
  • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in TIG welding, specifically with thin gauge stainless steel  materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment setup and maintenance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to welding operations.
