Overview

Apache Workforce is hiring experienced Structural Welders to support heavy industrial fabrication projects for multiple manufacturing partners. This role focuses on welding and assembling structural steel components used in industrial equipment and large-scale assemblies.

This is a skilled position requiring strong welding ability, blueprint interpretation, and experience working in fabrication environments.


What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

Structural Welders may be responsible for:

  • Welding and assembling structural steel components for industrial systems
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
  • Performing welding using assigned processes to meet quality standards
  • Selecting appropriate wire, filler materials, and welding techniques
  • Setting up and adjusting welding equipment (amps, volts, and machine settings)
  • Conducting visual inspections and verifying weld quality
  • Performing grinding, finishing, and material preparation using hand and power tools
  • Completing basic documentation and inspection records as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized fabrication area
  • Supporting production flow and assisting with additional fabrication tasks

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of structural welding or heavy fabrication experience
  • Proficiency in multiple welding processes (as required by assignment)
