We are seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, fit and assemble structural steel or fabricated components, and perform high-quality welds while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
  • Perform MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and/or Stick welding
  • Lay out and position parts using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Verify dimensions and ensure assemblies meet specifications
  • Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, torches, and drills
  • Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
