WorkSolved Staffing is recruiting a skilled Welder for a well-established steel fabrication team with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality structural, commercial, residential, ornamental, and miscellaneous steel projects.
Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and fabrication on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper components, including structural framing, decorative railings, stairs, canopies, mezzanines, and dock safety systems.
  • Read, interpret, and execute drawings and blueprints; aid in on-site consultation and design when needed.
  • Manage full cycle projects—from fabrication to erection and installation—ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align fabrication processes with client requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven welding experience in structural and ornamental steel fabrications.
