Seeking an experienced construction manager who is also proficient in safety regulations to oversee a project in Fort Mill, SC


This is a contract opportunity


Scheduled to last 2 months


This will be onsite


Project Description:

dual role, CM/Safety Rep. for a project in Ft. Mill, SC 
Installing a dust collector and some duct work. 
There will be some civil, concrete work, structural steel improvements and some electrical. 

Schedule is below. 

If this person understands permitting with the City, environmental and fire protection that would be helpful but not required.
