Job Description Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel projects while providing leadership and mentorship to our Project Management team. This role is responsible for driving successful project execution from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple structural steel projects through all phases of construction.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and procurement activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers while supporting team performance and development.
  • Drive project profitability, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Requirements What We're Looking For
  • 15+ years of experience in structural steel, steel fabrication, steel erection, or construction.
  • 12+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
