Job description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel fabrication and erection, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects from award through completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
  • Coordinate with customers, detailers, engineers, fabricators, and field crews.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Review & track drawings, RFIs, submittals.
  • Develop, deliver, and track change orders when required.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the scheduler to accommodate jobsite needs
  • Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
  • Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
  • Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel Spread Sheets and project management software.
  • OSHA knowledge is a plus.
