Job description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.
STRUCTURAL is currently looking for a Construction Shop Driver for our Chelmsford, MA office.
As a Driver for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for safely transporting construction materials and equipment to various job sites in the greater Massachusetts area. Occasionally you will perform light duty construction work and assist with cleanliness, stocking, and inventory control of shop / warehouse.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of experience driving commercial vehicles
  • Experience driving open flatbed trucks
  • Experience towing trailers
  • Clean driving record (as specified by Structural Group)
  • Must have valid DOT
  • Previous experience driving & transporting construction equipment for a commercial construction company preferred, but not required
  • Physically able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs. without assistance
