HSA & Associates, Inc. provides structural engineering services for a variety of projects including e-commerce business parks, distributions centers, office buildings, sound stages, parking structures and others throughout the United States. We are made up of 60 + employees and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our very dynamic and fast-growing team in West Covina, CA.

Position/Job title may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years (Entry-Level); 3+ years for more experienced levels as a Structural Engineer
  • BS or MS in Structural Engineering
  • California SE license is a plus
  • Experience in seismic design
  • Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types
  • Experience in Tilt-Up is a plus
  • Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types
  • Familiarity with codes and standards applicable to the design and construction of major building projects located in California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage small to large projects and engineering teams
