Senior Environmental Engineer / Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer / Project Manager to join our team and lead innovative environmental engineering projects, with a strong focus on decentralized wastewater and water management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage engineering projects from planning through construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and technical documentation for municipal and private wastewater projects.

  • Lead and support preliminary and final engineering design for decentralized wastewater and water systems.

  • Evaluate and implement innovative wastewater treatment and management technologies.

  • Provide construction observation and engineering support during project implementation.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, municipalities, and multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements while maintaining quality standards.

  • Apply sound engineering judgment to develop practical and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience, or B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong experience in environmental engineering, wastewater, water resources, or related infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
