Job description

Position Overview As a Project Structural Engineer/Designer, you will contribute to the design and development of structural systems, working closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants. You will apply technical skills to structural analysis, design, and documentation, ensuring compliance with codes and project goals. You will manage smaller structural projects independently and support larger projects under senior guidance.

Primary Job Responsibilities - Assist in the development of structural design solutions, including steel, concrete, timber, and hybrid systems.- Prepare and present structural design concepts, system layouts, and analysis using software such as Revit, ETABS, TEDS or RAM Structural System.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural systems integrate seamlessly with architectural and MEP designs.- Produce detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, and schedules.- Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and modeling under senior engineer supervision.- Develop technical specifications and ensure code compliance.- Review and coordinate design documents to resolve structural conflicts.- Participate in site visits to observe installations and verify design intent.- Support client meetings and assist senior engineers in project presentations.- Stay current with industry trends, software, and sustainable practices.- Assist junior engineers and designers as required.
