Job Title: Structural Engineer - Commercial Construction Type: Direct Hire Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, TX Preferred | Scottsdale, AZ Considered Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 Base + 10% STIP Bonus Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid Flexibility After Ramp-Up We're looking for a hands-on, production-focused Structural Engineer with commercial construction and Revit experience who enjoys practical design work, foundation analysis, and working in a fast-paced engineering environment. This person will support commercial building and modular construction projects, collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams, and play a key role in structural design execution across multiple active projects.
