Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivatedย Structural Engineerย to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects involving a variety of challenging structures. You'll gain hands-on experience while expanding your technical expertise and growing your leadership capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural engineering tasks includingย analysis, design, detailing, andย plan preparation.

  • Assist project managers with a wide range of structural infrastructure projects such as:

    • Transit stations (aerial/underground)

    • Freeway, railroad, and pedestrian bridges

    • Tunnels, retaining walls, flood control structures

    • Aviation and utility structures, including pump plants

  • Prepareย design calculations,ย technical specifications,ย cost estimates (PS&E), andย construction support documents.

  • Ensure designs are in compliance withย applicable codes and standards.


Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineeringย from an ABET-accredited program.

  • 1โ€“5 yearsย of structural engineering experience.

  • Proficient with industry codes and standards:ย AASHTO, ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE, Caltrans, Metro MRDC.

  • Experience usingย SAP2000, AutoCAD, and other structural design tools.

  • EIT certificationย (California preferred);ย PE license and M.S. in Civil Engineeringย are a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
