About the Company

With 48 years of experience, we are a trusted concrete and masonry contractor based in Southern California, serving Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego Counties, and surrounding areas. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our leadership team with a long-term Structural Concrete Superintendent to help manage regional crews and projects.

Job Title: Concrete Superintendent

This role requires a knowledgeable and dependable leader capable of overseeing multiple concrete crews and job sites. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Your Role

As our Concrete Superintendent, you will act as the lead on multiple worksites, taking charge of everything from liaising with City inspectors and clients, scheduling and maintaining labor force, materials and equipment on project sites, to overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of each build. Management of project scheduling using a range of computer and software systems is a crucial part of the role. This position will require knowledge of change orders and writing RFI's.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Concrete Superintendent.
  • Schedule in house labor and sub-tiers
  • Provide look ahead schedules with forecasting.
  • Measure and order materials for jobsites.
  • Over see Foreman(s) work, review and implement all project documents (plans, specs, RFI's, etc.), check accuracy and ensure quality standards.
  • Write and manage RFI's.
  • Adept skills with Windows/Office products including email.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work, schedule and communicate effectively with City inspectors and clients.
  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
