Registered Nurse - TELEMETRY * up to $50,000 bonus
MLR is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team on the beautiful California coast.

Position Overview: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you'll be a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality, patient-focused care in our telemetry unit. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fulfilling and challenging environment while enjoying the stunning coastal California views.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, recognizing and promptly addressing any abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols.
  • Assess and reassess patients' conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  • Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
  • Acute Care or Telemetry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Certifications:
    • Current BLS required
    • ACLS required
    • NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of hire, required
