Summary:

The Laborer is responsible for supporting daily precast concrete production operations through basic labor tasks, material handling, equipment cleaning, and assisting skilled crew members. The position includes learning proper techniques and following safety protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with concrete pouring, stripping, finishing, and general production activities
  • Clean and prepare forms, tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Load and unload materials and supplies
  • Assist skilled laborers and supervisors with daily production tasks
  • Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow all safety rules and proper use of PPE
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
