Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, safe and professional appearance throughout the facility.
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and spot clean all hard surface floors and carpeting in common areas.
  • Spot clean carpet stains as needed.
  • Clean, sanitize and disinfect restrooms.
  • Refill soap, paper towels, toilet tissue and other restroom supplies.
  • Clean glass surfaces throughout building.
  • Empty interior trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated exterior disposal areas.
  • Restock cleaning supplies throughout the building.
  • Cleaning supply inventory monitoring.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Wipe down high-touch surface areas.
  • Clean breakroom areas, wipe down appliances and tables.
  • Assist with period deep cleaning projects as needed. I.E. dusting high surfaces.
  • Turn off lights and secure the facility at the end of each shift.
  • Perform other custodial, cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 1-2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
  • Reliable, punctual and highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, walk and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
