Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Techniciansfor projects located in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician ready to hone your skills while mastering new ones alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
  • Clean and maintain stone floors (stripping, waxing, polishing)
  • Operate low- and high-speed floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
  • Address specific needs for various stone surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, terrazzo)
  • Perform general janitorial tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
  • Assist with facility maintenance and minor repairs

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in janitorial/maintenance, specializing in floor care
  • 3+ years operating floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
  • Expertise in stone floor care (stripping, waxing, polishing)
