Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to assist with wire pulling and stripping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various types of wire and cable, using hand and power tools to remove insulation, and preparing materials for recycling, installation, or further processing. This is a physically demanding position requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. Pay is $16/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull, strip, and sort various types of wire and cable
  • Operate hand tools and mechanical strippers to remove wire insulation
  • Bundle and prepare stripped wire for disposal, recycling, or reuse
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
  • Report damaged or faulty tools and materials to supervisor
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned
