You will take on a vital role in field operations by executing precise layout and paint applications for high-visibility infrastructure. This position allows you to work independently with advanced striping equipment while ensuring the safety and quality of parking lots and roadways. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Operate heavy paint striping equipment independently to line parking lots, roadways, and bike lanes.
  • Execute precise layout designs and apply specialty markings for commercial and federal projects.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize field downtime.
  • Set up active construction zones and coordinate traffic control to ensure team safety.
  • Collaborate with field crews to deliver high-quality workmanship that meets strict client guidelines.
  • Provide open feedback to management to improve daily operational workflows and field efficiency.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating paint striping equipment in a construction environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
