Empire Parking Lot Services - Orange, CA
Empire Parking Lot Services is hiring a Striping Foreman to lead striping projects and
crews across Southern California. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who
takes pride in quality work, keeps jobs moving, and leads by example.
Work is performed throughout Southern California.


What the job is
Run striping jobs from layout through completion
Operate striping machines, trucks, and related equipment
Read plans, lay out work, and make sure striping is accurate and clean
Lead the crew, set the pace, and maintain quality and safety standards
Keep production moving and jobs on schedule
Handle customer questions on site when needed
Communicate job progress and issues to management
Keep job sites safe, organized, and professional
Complete daily paperwork and submit job photos


What you need
Striping experience strongly preferred
Able to work long days, including regular overtime and weekends
Ability to lift up to 90 lbs, climb on trucks and equipment, and work outdoors in all
weather conditions
Solid math skills for layouts, measurements, and quantities
High school diploma or GED preferred
Safety-focused, dependable, and able to lead by example


Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without
reasonable accommodation.
