StretchLab Bethany is hiring Stretch Therapists (Flexologists) to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
This is a great opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in personal training, massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, dance, kinesiology, or exercise science who enjoy working with people and want to make a real impact on how clients move and feel.
No assisted stretching experience required — our accredited Flexologist Training Program provides the certification.
What You'll Do- Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions for clients
- Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement
- Build strong relationships with members
- Educate clients on the benefits of consistent stretching
- Maintain a clean and professional studio environment
- Support studio growth through positive client experiences
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- Personal Training
- Massage Therapy
- Yoga or Pilates Instruction
- Dance Instruction
- Kinesiology / Exercise Science

All Flexologists complete our nationally accredited Flexologist Training Program, including:
- 20 hours of online coursework
- 2 days of hands-on training

The program qualifies for continuing education credits with NASM, ISSA, NSCA, NCBTMB, and AFAA.
