Collaboration with fellow therapists and front desk staff is common to ensure smooth scheduling and provide a welcoming, supportive studio environment. While you may see clients back-to-back during busy periods, there is a strong focus on quality, safety, and client experience in every session.
A Stretch Lab job typically involves working as a Flexologist, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness through assisted stretching. Flexologists guide clients through customized stretch sessions, educate them on the benefits of stretching, and ensure proper technique to prevent injury. The role may require a background in fitness, kinesiology, or bodywork, with training provided by StretchLab. It’s a hands-on position that focuses on enhancing physical performance and reducing muscle tension.
To thrive at Stretch Lab as a Flexologist or Stretch Therapist, you need a solid understanding of human anatomy, stretching techniques, and basic fitness principles, often supported by certifications such as NASM, ACE, or a background in exercise science, physical therapy, or similar fields. Familiarity with proprietary assisted stretching protocols and scheduling systems is valuable, and ongoing training may be provided. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to motivate and educate clients are essential for building trust and engagement. These skills are vital to deliver safe, effective sessions and foster client retention and satisfaction in a hands-on wellness environment.

POSITION:
The purpose of the Membership Advisor is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro sessions. The Membership Advisor will also assist with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
