Description - Your Contributions

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established procedures.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement preventative maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for various testing as needed.
• Accurately document all protocols, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and comply with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification including ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
