Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS Preferred) - Early Morning and/or Evening Availability
D1 Training Prosper is seeking a performance-based Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead structured athlete training sessions using our proven 5-Star Training System.
This is not a general fitness coaching role.
We are looking for a coach who understands movement quality, speed mechanics, force production, and structured strength programming and who enjoys coaching athletes in a fast-paced team environment.
As a D1 coach, you'll lead structured performance sessions focused on:
  • Speed mechanics
  • Strength development
  • Power production
  • Movement efficiency

You'll coach athletes ranging from 7-18 years and adult performance clients. This is a part-time position with strong growth potential.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead structured group training sessions for 5-20 athletes
  • Coach athletes through D1's 5-Star Training System
  • Deliver strong coaching cues and real-time movement correction
  • Maintain a high-energy, structured training environment
  • Assist with athlete development progression inside the D1 training pathway
  • Build and grow a personal training client book
  • Support membership and personal training conversations

Required Qualifications:
  • Nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification
  • Strong understanding of strength & conditioning fundamentals
  • Ability to confidently lead structured group performance sessions

Preferred Qualifications (Priority Consideration Given):
  • CSCS certification
  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Experience coaching athletes in a strength & conditioning environment
  • Background as a collegiate athlete or performance coach
  • Experience in Membership Sales
  • Confidence communicating with parents and adult performance clients

Compensation:
$25-$35 per hour depending on certification level and coaching experience
Additional earning opportunity through personal training clients and PT sales
