THE JOB:
As the Live Streaming Manager of our Live Studio at MGM Grand, you are the driving force behind our digital casino floor. You will oversee the daily operations of the live streaming studio, leading a high-performing team to deliver flawless, broadcast-ready guest service. Through engaging leadership and hands-on operational management, you will ensure our live games run seamlessly and in strict compliance with all regulatory standards.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Lead onboarding and hands-on training for Game Presenters and Supervisors, ensuring employees are confident operating studio equipment, presenting live table games, following procedures, and delivering a high-quality experience to online players.
  • Evaluate the performance of Game Presenters and Supervisors through direct observation, guest feedback, and operational metrics and provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and additional training to support employee development and continuous improvement.
  • Manage daily staffing for Game Presenters and Supervisors by creating schedules, assigning table rotations, coordinating breaks, and making real-time adjustments to support business needs.
  • Support talent development by partnering with Talent Acquisition to manage the hiring process, including reviewing applicants, conducting timely interviews, maintaining active requisitions, delivering a positive candidate experience, and selecting top talent for the Live Streaming Studio.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture by encouraging collaboration, professionalism, accountability, and respect and provide meaningful recognition that celebrates employee achievements, reinforces desired behaviors, and promotes a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain operational consistency by ensuring employees follow game procedures, studio standards, and gaming regulations.
  • Lead the implementation and training of new games, policies, procedures, and technology updates.
  • Monitor live-streaming operations and respond quickly to guest concerns, gameplay issues, technical disruptions, escalating issues as needed to maintain a seamless player experience.
  • Oversee staff schedules to ensure appropriate game coverage at all times, create and submit daily operational reports required by the department.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, or front-facing guest service
