Job Title: Marketing Strategy Expert 

Location: Bellevue, WA 

Work Model: Full Remote 

Purpose and Objective:   

Concur Technologies, Inc. seeks a Marketing Strategy Expert at our Bellevue, WA location to lead business for assigned regions/market units to successfully monitor, manage and optimize performance against Concur CMO scorecard metrics and other key performance indicators.  

Expectations and Tasks:  

Oversee "Health of Marketing" syncs, planning meetings, and mid-year syncs. Monitor performance of marketing plans and strategies; identify opportunities to enhance marketing impact, efficiency, and return on investment. Own annual pipeline modeling and target setting on behalf of supported market units. Work with Distribution marketing leadership and marketing operations to refine, evolve and build out new analytics strategies, models, reporting and executive dashboards/scorecards to provide transparency into performance, productivity, and return on marketing investment. Proactively uncover data-driven and data-informed actionable opportunities for increasing marketing impact. Advise marketing leadership on pipeline health, demand generation strategies, areas of opportunity, risks and recommended actions for resolving challenges and maximizing performance. Lead and support high-impact, global projects and change initiatives. 

Education and Occupational Experience:  

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:  

Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:  

  • Market Research, Strategy and Data Analysis; 

  • Strategic Planning and Project Management involving Product, Marketing or GTM; 

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) and GTM strategy experience; and 

  • Microsoft Suites - PowerPoint and Excel Modelling. 

Experience must include two (2) years involving each of the following: 

  • Formal management or GTM consulting experience; and 

  • Asia-Centric Business marketing.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $156,223 - $254,745. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $176,300 - $299,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
