Job description

Finance Manager, Transformation
Drive strategic transformation through financial leadership.
We're looking for a Finance Manager, Transformation to partner closely with senior leadership in driving company-wide transformation initiatives. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the primary financial advisor to the VP of Transformation, providing insights, forecasts, and analysis that support critical business decisions and long-term growth.
Embedded within the Strategic Program Management team, you'll collaborate across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Management, and other key functions to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary financial partner to the VP of Transformation, providing strategic guidance on financial performance, risks, opportunities, investment returns, and delivery forecasts.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and reporting for transformation initiatives, including support for the monthly Integrated Decision Making (IDM) process and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Analyze key business metrics including cost savings, margins, productivity improvements, and ROI to identify opportunities and support investment decisions.
  • Create and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Business Unit leaders to understand and communicate the financial impact of transformation initiatives on business performance and profitability.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for capital investments, including automation projects, capacity expansions, operational improvements, and new product initiatives.
  • Drive financial accountability, transparency, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Support Strategic Program Management activities such as forecasting, purchase order management, procurement planning, and change order tracking.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Power BI, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive greater organizational efficiency.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), brand finance, marketing finance, corporate finance, or a related financial leadership role.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting expertise.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to serve as a strategic business partner to senior leaders and influence decision-making through financial insights.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial drivers within Sales, Pricing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated leader with a proactive mindset and strong bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA with a focus in Finance, Strategy, or Business Management.
  • Experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or retail packaging industries.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, productivity improvement, or strategic growth initiatives.
