Job description

We are looking for an accomplished Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager to lead complex initiatives within a Financial Services environment. This contract position has the potential to become permanent and will oversee enterprise programs that span multiple teams, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and executive communication. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in portfolio leadership, organizational planning, and stakeholder alignment, with the ability to turn data into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex programs and strategic projects that involve multiple business functions, ensuring priorities, timelines, and outcomes remain aligned.
• Establish and maintain portfolio oversight practices, including prioritization frameworks, progress tracking, and resource planning across concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define objectives, manage expectations, and build consensus around program direction.
• Create executive-ready updates, dashboards, and performance reporting that provide visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health.
• Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder discussions to support decision-making, issue resolution, and ongoing alignment.
• Guide teams through evolving business needs, organizational change, and transformation efforts while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Use data and analysis to identify trends, assess program performance, and recommend actions that improve execution and business impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and Brand partners on initiatives that require coordinated planning and delivery.
• Support enterprise planning efforts by aligning project demand, available capacity, and strategic business goals across the portfolio.• 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, project management, or business transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, resource management, and organizational planning practices.
• Proven ability to influence executives and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience using data to support decisions and measure results.
• Background creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Experience working with Agile Scrum methods and enterprise project delivery environments.
