Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support project management tasks including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, managing project artifacts using Azure DevOps, and communicating updates clearly across teams

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, resources, project statuses, and relevant communications

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document business needs, user stories, and technical specifications

  • Support cross-functional communication and collaboration, helping to identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth project progression

  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment activities and ensure infrastructure aligns with project timelines and deliverables

  • Create technical diagrams and translate business requirements into implementable solutions; prepare demonstrations and training materials for client presentations

  • Provide hands-on technical support where needed by building prototypes, configuring AI agents, and leveraging generative AI tools for rapid prototyping and solution validation

  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively share knowledge with team members
