Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Strategy Project Manager to lead data and digital transformation programs, overseeing PMO governance and coordinating delivery across technology and business teams. The role involves managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring transparency, and preparing executive-level updates for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale data and digital transformation programs across multiple workstreams
• Own PMO governance, program planning, and delivery execution
• Coordinate initiatives across data, engineering, and business teams
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution
• Prepare executive-level program updates and decision materials
• Translate complex program insights into clear communication for senior leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and delivery rigor
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience leading large-scale data or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong background in PMO leadership and program delivery management
• Understanding of data transformation concepts including data mapping, profiling, conversion, and testing
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
• Advanced PowerPoint skills producing executive-ready materials
• Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA five days per week
• Mortgage industry experience required
• Financial services or mortgage domain experience required
Preferred:
• Exposure to regulated data environments preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, migrations, or cloud transformation programs preferred
