Job description

Our client is seeking a Technical Strategy Project Manager to support enterprise-level PMO and large-scale transformation programs. This role focuses on program planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams, with strong exposure to executive stakeholders and data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Support and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs
  • Drive PMO governance, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate delivery across data, engineering, and business teams
  • Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure proper sequencing of workstreams and program alignment
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, reporting, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • Support change management and adoption efforts across initiatives
  • Maintain program documentation and ensure delivery rigor and transparency

Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in project/program management within enterprise environments
  • Experience operating within an Enterprise PMO (not team-level PM only)
  • Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and large-scale initiatives
  • Exposure to data or digital transformation programs
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior/executive stakeholders
  • Advanced PowerPoint and reporting skills (executive-ready materials)
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in McLean, VA
